CAUTION – Basement floors and rugs may be wet and are very slippery. Please use caution when walking in the basement.
Due to recent water issues in the basements, we ask that all rugs be washable. This means no carpet remnants/scraps. If you have a carpet scrap or non-washable rug in front of your washer and/or dryer, it will be removed and disposed of.
